1. Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is received. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
- Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Shipping Costs: We offer flat-rate shipping throughout South Africa using PUDO. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the package.
- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery time within South Africa is 2 to 7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and PUDO’s delivery schedule.
4. Shipping Method: PUDO
- We exclusively use PUDO (Pick Up, Drop Off) as our delivery service. This service allows you to conveniently pick up your package from a nearby PUDO locker at a time that suits you, or to be delivered to your door.

How PUDO Works LOCKER TO LOCKER:
- Drop Off: Once your order is processed, we will drop off your package at a PUDO locker.
- Notification: You will receive an SMS or email notification with a PIN code once your package is ready for collection.
- Collection: Visit the specified PUDO locker and use your PIN code to retrieve your package.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Tracking Information: After your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your package and know when it is ready for collection at the PUDO locker.
6. Shipping Destinations
- Domestic Shipping Only: We currently only offer shipping within South Africa. All orders will be delivered to a PUDO locker location of your choice within South Africa.
7. Address and Locker Selection
- Correct Information: It is crucial to provide the correct contact information and select your preferred PUDO locker location during checkout. Moonchi is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect lockers or addresses or delays due to incorrect information provided by the buyer.
- Changing Locker Location: If you need to change your location after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed and dispatched.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
- Damaged Items: If your package or its contents arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 days of collection. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
- Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
9. Undeliverable Packages
- Unclaimed Packages: If a package is not collected from the PUDO locker within the specified time frame, or can not be delivered, it may be returned to us. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
10. Shipping Policy Changes
- We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the date of the change.
